A beautiful, durable picnic table starts with solid construction. Only the strongest materials go into Premier’s picnic tables. To start, commercial grade steel and double ribbed aluminum are precisely cut with a laser cutter. These materials are then bent and fully welded by trained professionals. Each piece is then sandblasted to remove any imperfections. Protective primers and powder coatings are applied to finish off the product.
This solid construction process has led to our picnic tables passing durability tests, including: 4,000 hours of salt spray, 11 years in the outdoors without deterioration, crosshatch adhesion in bend tests, and impact and chemical resistance tests.
We guarantee that your new commercial picnic tables will stand the test of time, with a limited warranty. We’re so sure that you’ll love the quality of these picnic tables that we’ve backed them with a three year limited manufacturer’s warranty. If there’s any issues with the manufacturing of the product, we’ll fix or replace it free of charge. The powder coating application is protected by a one year warranty against cracking or peeling.
Powder Coating Color: At Premier we’re authorized dealers of Sherwin William’s powder coating colors, Axalta Powders, TCI Powder, Tiger Drylac, Prismatic Powder, and Cardinal Powder. This allows our customers to choose from hundreds of powder coating colors to produce the color that best fits their brand’s colors and space. In addition to regular colors, we also offer neon and veined options.
Dimensions: Every commercial space is different, and that’s why we offer a variety of picnic table shapes and sizes. Choose between eight and six foot length picnic tables with our Spruce style, or shop our square Hickory design.
ADA Compliance: Every style of picnic table from Premier is available for ADA compliance. The Spruce style picnic table is unique and available for single or double sided compliance.
